1.When I can get reply and quotes from you?
Ans:We will reply you within 24 hours and quotes to you within 48 hours.
 
2.How I can get quotes?
Ans:
a.Detailed drawings(CAD/PDF/DWG/IGES/STEP)
b.Material
c.Quantity
d.Surface treatment .
e.Any special packaging or other requirement
 
3.M.O.Q for machining parts
Ans:Support at mixed order with small quantity.
 
4.Can I get a sample before mass order?
Ans:Yes,we support with it.Sample charge is needed,but it will be refund when mass production.
 
5.Lead time for customized  parts
For CNC:
Ans:Sample order-5-10 days,mass order 20-30 days.
    If urgent project,pls let us know.
For plastic molding:
Mold:20-45 working days,based on parts size.
Injection:10-30 working days,based on parts and quantity.
 
6.NDA
Ans:We would like to suggest to sign NDA when start.
 
7.How about after service?
Ans:If product be found issues in customer side, after confirmation by our side.We will remake it and ship our at our cost within 1 week.Or pay for the fixing cost.
